FIT & FLEXY

GET FLEXY
Whether you're just a beginner, struggling to reach your toes, or standing on 3 blocks with your hands flat on the floor, this class is a great weekly option to help increase and maintain your flexibility! We will work on opening up your shoulders, back, sides, hips and hamstrings through a series of stretches and strengthening exercises. 
Increasing your flexibility can improve your aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance and your pole and aerial moves! Flexibility training increases your range of motion which is a key component in preventing injuries, strengthening your joints and muscles and decreasing soreness and stiffness after training. It is also a great form of relaxation, helping to positively impact your physical and mental well-being.
AERIAL YOGA
If you love Yoga, then you'll love our gravity defying aerial yoga class! Take your practice to new heights, working on familiar poses and flows with the help of our aerial hammocks.
Aerial yoga is amazing for releasing tension through the back and helping you to gently sink deeper into your poses. Your class will finish with a soothing relaxation session and guided meditation using mindfulness techniques to support you through your practice and leave you floating on a cloud.
​And just for some peace of mind, our aerial hammocks are extremely strong, they're capable of holding the weight of a baby elephant!
SUSPENSION FITNESS
Take your workout aerial!
​Suspension Fitness is a unique workout, using a combination of body weight movements, aerial pilates and floor exercises! You’ll be sure to tone up, hit your cardio targets and condition your body, all at once!​ 
Treat yourself at the end of class with a soothing relaxation session and guided meditation using mindfulness techniques to support you through your practice and send you home on a cloud.
SELF GUIDED PRACTICE
Looking for some extra time to workout?
Practices are your chance to work on the tricks and foundation moves you have already learnt, at your own pace. Use the studio to work on your weekly goals, whether they are tricks from class, stretching or using our fitness equipment to create your own workout. The space is yours for the whole hour!

Self guided practice will not have an Instructor present for guidence. 
You will be responsible for your own warm up and cool down and packing away of any equipment you have used. 
Please Note:
Private lessons are available if you would like to learn new moves outside of your classes. Practice times are not to be utilised for self teaching on any apparatus.
