We run Beginner Trial classes over the Term. These classes allow you to experience the class before you commit to a full term. We run one per apparatus each term and charge a casual visit rate.

Classes are run in a course structure whereby you commit to the full term for your chosen class. Payments are made upfront via bank transfer prior to term commencing. A non refundable holding fee upon sign up of 10% of your course costs will be charged to hold your spot until term starts. You have until 48 hours prior to the term commencing to finalise all your payments or withdraw from your course to receive a refund, less the 10% holding fee. If you cannot attend your course within 48 hours of term starting or after the start of term, your full fee is forfeit.

If you miss a class in your course, you may make it up in another level appropriate class, pending availability. There is only one make up class per course. If you miss more than one class, your class is forfeit.

Message us via Facebook to sign up to your preferred courses. You will need to provide your legal name, phone and email and will be emailed a copy of our waiver to sign and return. Bank details will be provided once you reach out to sign up. We do not take bookings via phone, email or in person.

Come dressed in your leggings and a tshirt for any aerials class (Hoop, Sling or Silks). For Pole, you will need at least mid thigh length shorts or shorter and a tshirt as we use our skin to help grip to the pole. All classes are barefoot, but you may wear socks if preferred. Please also bring water and a sweat towel.

Practice sessions are a free bonus to your course package. You may attend set practice sessions as shown on the current timetable. A sign in sheet will be available to log your attendance. Practices run during class times but are unsupervised, meaning we do not assign an instructor to run them. General warm up and cool down videos are provided for you to follow along with to help you prepare for your practice sessions.
