BEGINNERS HOOP
Welcome to the Jungle!
Our Beginner's Hoop class is a great first step in the world of aerial apparatuses. Aerial Hoop is a solid round apparatus that creates a ring to sit in and hang off. You'll learn to hang, twist and spin into fun tricks and combos and build your strength and coordination.
There is no experience required for any of our Beginners classes.​ Start your journey here!
HOOP FOUNDATIONS 1
This is a mixed level class which will build up your strength, conditioning and coordination for all the fundamental skills of aerial hoop. Our curriculum is split into Foundations and Tricks classes.
In this class, we will cover all the foundation skills needed for Level 1 & Level 2 and teach you the core moves you will extend upon in your Tricks classes.
​This class is a prerequisite for entry into Level 1 & Level 2 Hoop Tricks.
LEVEL 1 HOOP TRICKS
Time to turn up the heat! This class is equivalent to an intermediate level. 
You will build on your foundations 1 knowledge and learn fun new tricks, combos and transitions consisting of above, under and in the hoop flows and tricks. 
To get the most out of this class and safely execute the moves, you should have completed a Beginners and Hoop Foundations 1 class.
​Not sure if you're ready for this level? Our instructors can complete a quick skills assessment with you to guide you to the appropriate level!
HOOP FOUNDATIONS 1
Yep that's right! You do this level twice! But this time you'll focus on the harder core moves that will prepare you for your Level 2 tricks class! Think of it as Foundations 1.0! You'll start conditioning new body grips and balances, tackle exciting new drops and catches and a variety of new strength and flexibility moves!
​This class is a prerequisite for entry into Level 2 Hoop Tricks.
LEVEL 2 HOOP TRICKS
We think it's safe to say you're hooked! This class is equivalent to a pre advanced level. 
You'll learn complex combos and transitions consisting of above, under and in the hoop flows, tricks and drops. You'll work on new rolls, a variety of new grips and challenging flexibility and strength tricks and combos!
To get the most out of this class and safely execute the moves, you should have completed our Hoop Foundations 1 class for the second time and Level 1 Hoop Tricks.

SAFETY NOTE
Our levels focus on building your foundation skills and extending into their numerous progressions. ​Prerequisites are in place for your safety as Aerials can be a dangerous sport and the proper control and confidence in your foundation moves will reduce your risk of injury. If you are uncertain of whether you are ready to move up, please request an assessment from your instructor to see if you have reached the foundation requirements for the next level.
